#23 Okay so guys I want to rant, bear with me.
Why did 2017 have to be a shitty year? I mean, come on, a lot of people had great plans for this year but everything just went downhill for most of all after March. If you can’t relate to the first few lines of this post, then please stop reading because it is not for you and also congratulations for being among the few people who didn’t have a shitty 2017.

This year started off great. The cross over night program into the new year was cool for me. I went to church with my elder brother because the rest of my family members were either ill or too tired to go to church so they just watched the crossover night program on TV from home.  Cross over night was really fun, I danced, prayed, thanked God for an amazing 2016 because if I am being honest right now 2016 was a great year which was the more reason I had hoped 2017 would emulate its sister and be even better but NO. It just had to rebel.

#22 I literally cannot contain my joy right now. I am writing this blog post and literally just smiling because on this wonderful day, as the weather is dry due to the harmattan, and the time is moving slower than usual, I, Pase Omobolanle Onyekachi finally turns twenty. I cannot believe I am finally an adult, finally left the teenage zone and I am now a big girl (Lol). I don’t feel any different from how I felt some minutes ago when I was nineteen; just happier tho, but I guess something has changed within me that I am yet to discover.
Twenty years ago, I was birthed into this world. My birth story isn’t all that wonderful as I was brought out of my mother’s womb dead and the doctors had to save my mother’s life first before mine as she had an asthma attack after giving birth to me. Long story short, I am alive, my mother is alive and the only person who can take all the glory for all that has happened from the day I was born till this day is God.

My life’s journey has just been wonderf…

2017 was not the best year but one of the things that kept my going was good music.
I became a fan of Nigerian music in 2013 right after I was out of secondary school while patiently waiting for ASUU to call off their strike so that I could enter the university. Before then I only listened to American music and I was and still am obsessed with Taylor swift’s music and Eminem’s rap.

All the songs on this list would be Nigerian songs because that was all I found myself vibing to this year while reading, bathing or sometimes sleeping.
Who else finds it hard to have their bath without listening to music?
In no particular order, here are my top seven songs of the year 2017
Daddy yo by Wizkid:  This song makes no sense lyrically but there is just something about it that gives me hope. wizzy boy make me dance, daddy yo make me dance. I am dancing right now just thinking of this song. The video is also mad, the way they were dancing as if they were high on cocaine or something, it was just to…

Hello my beautiful and handsome readers. Happy new month guys, it is the last month of 2017 and it is also my birthday month 💃💃!!  Welcome back to my blog and if this is your first time on my blog you are welcome and I hope you enjoy my blog so much that you would want to subscribe.
First of, let me address the elephant in the room- my absence for so long. It’s been over two months since I last posted anything on the blog and this is because I have really occupied with school and life generally. I am currently in my final year in the university and as expected it’s been really hectic. But now I am back and ready to blog.
So straight to today’s blog post. We are all aware of the fact that Christmas is just around the corner and just four days after Christmas I would be leaving the teenage zone and becoming an adult. I am pretty psyched about turning 20; I literally cannot wait to be done with being 19. For real, 19 is a really weird and unsure age and whenever I am asked my age I always…

#18 Hey guys, Today's post is on Bloggers block and how to overcome it.
If you are reading this then there is a possibility you are having or have had bloggers block. Not to worry I am here for you.
What is bloggers block? It’s kind of the same thing as writers block but for bloggers. It is a situation where as a blogger you cannot come up with a new blog post.
When you first started blogging I bet you didn’t have bloggers block. At first the topics and inspiration came to you naturally and once you got hold of your laptop you would spend hours creating various blog posts at once without taking a break, but over time you find yourself struggling to come up with a single blog post. You are not alone, it happens to even the best of us.

Have I ever experienced bloggers block? Yes I have. Countless of times. Some days I would be itching to blog, grab my laptop, switch it on, go straight to Microsoft word and just stare at the white blank sheet for hours. It is really frustrating. But over…
